places and enjoying the beautiful of the nature.
I have been to a lot of
places such as Kuala Selangor, Morib, Melaka, Kelantan.

What are among the important things that we should teach the child?
-Basic knowledge on how to survive alone (hunger, thirst, sick, etc)
CASE 1 : Do you have bibik in your house? Normally you always ask bibik to do that and this right and we can relax right right right? THAT IS DISADVANTAGE because we are not able to learn basic things like cooking, cleaning, whatsoevering. So, either dont subscribe BIBIK or subscribe bibik but bibik teach the child. HAHA
CASE 2 : If we (as a parents) always do the basic things for the child, then they will never learn. We should teach the child! If we are cooking, hired your child to be your chef assistant! If we are cleaning the house, hired your child to be your janitor assistant. If we are reading, ask your child to join along! Through this kind of way, they will learn and get something new!
-Manners (no matter who you are, you need to mind your manners)
CASE 1: "Didnt your mommy teach you manners?"
No manners, no respect. No respect, no friend. No friend, no life. HAHA!
CASE 2:You will feel ashamed of your child one day. Seriously. =D
"OH MY GOD! Dont do that son!! Dont embarrass me in front of them!"
said the parent A in his heart. =D
-How to think proper (step by step, difficulty, logically, probability, etc)
CASE 1: Efficiency and effective are important. So, good way of thinking save time, sources and energy. When there is a problem, ....SOLVED. When there is a question, .... ANSWERED. When there is a PLAN, .... EXECUTE! =D
CASE 2: Poor thinking reflects of a person. =D i dont want to elaborate on this. but i can give u a good example. me think like a kid! =D (it is my choice to think this way)
-Islamic teachings (praying, salam, aurah, fardhu ain, etc)
SPECIAL CASE : Islam is a way of life. Those who practice Islam and those who practice Islam 50% 50% and those who not practice Islam IS TOTALLY AWESOMELY DIFFERENT. So you better teach your child the correct path!! Ingat wei HARI PERHINTUNGAN!!
ARE THERE MORE?
~Encourage our child to do activity that involves two brains and thinking!! Why? You want to know the answer? Go read Tony Buzan's book and make a research on how the brain works! Anyway, activities such as Piano, Kumon, Painting, Self Defense are among the good activity that they should involve! Go and Google it!!!
Good Activity -> Good Outcome.
~We as a parents should set up a good example for them! Because we are the nearest to them. (not bibik!) Because the child can learn through many ways. As such looking, reading, thinking, hearing, etc. So, if they look at a good great awesome parents, PROBABLY or MOST PROBABLY they will AUTOMATICALLY follow them!
Good parents -> Good Children.
~To teach our children about what is right and what is wrong through FEEDBACK. Note that,
x-Not all problems/issues can be solved in same way
x-We either use good feedback or bad feedback. Depends on the situation
x-Making a person to much stress consistently can lead to painful life.
x-Painful life can lead to 'not happy ending'.
Smart parents -> Smart feedback
~Please remember, we should not be so busy until we do not have time to spent with our child. Dont let them always play games (like Playstation or Xbox), watching television always or on9ing (unless they know how to gain benefits from it). Doing things that are ineffective is so waste of time. Note that we only live here once and we can die anytime and any day and any way. To avoid this, let your child to choose a hobby that give many benefits to himself and others like playing golf, piano, or making video animation. So, every time when the child is free, they rather focus on their hobby instead doing something else.
Example : to be great martial fighter.
He should eat with martial arts, bath with martial arts, sleep with martial arts, sort of anything with martial arts. Contoh peribahasa "alah bisa tegal biasa", "practice makes perfect", "think be a champion must think like a champion".
~Treat them with love.
~Sometimes you have to treat your child as your friend.
~Child prefer something that makes him happy and fun.
~Sometimes we should give the child a freedom to choose what he want.
~Respect each other even your child.

this is MPH bookstore, how can i help you?
Peace be upon you dear reader!
This post is focus on more on my experience.
Why taking bookstore job?
I like knowledge which is equal to book. And i love reading. That is why i decided to work in mph.
Why SACC?
Because MPH Giant Shah Alam no vacancy on that particular time. =D And you know what, i heard that MPH SACC is the best! Business doing great and the environment is friendly! Always laughing and the work usually done!
How do you get there?
Of course by motorcycle. =D From home to SACC took about at least 15 minute. usually reach below 20 minutes.
What do you expect before working with them?
I get the chance to read a lot of books at there? haha. nway, this hypothesis is failed for me. because i felt so tired and prefer go for entertainment after work rather than reading book.
So, what did you learn from your job?
~Learn how to be polite with people =D i have to act polite when talking people through the phone, when assist customer in buying books and also when meet with a lot of new people.
~Learn that there is an 'art of organizing the book' on the shelves and also 'art of promoting the books' in the bookstore! After customer review the books (or after they buying the books), they usually put the book on the wrong place. So it is our job to put back it's place and arrange it nicely. Moreover, when there is a lot of incoming books waiting to be displayed, it is our job to do our best to display all of them on their respective shelves (even the shelves looks full)!
~Learn how to run a business. Thanks to my awesome managers and not to mention, head outlet for willingness to answer my 1001 questions related to business and also teaching me what should we do and what shouldn't we do.
~We should know something extra! For example, advertisement about books on the television, content of some books, other company way of promoting the books and many more! The more we know, the awesome we are. hahaha!
~Learn how to manage money. Haha! After i get my second salary, i quickly went to buy Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini Pro which is cost about RM500. After subtracts my salary, i have about RM100. X_X. And with that amount of money, i starting to learn how to survive within 1 month. So, the things that i learned are, i learned how to cook (SAVE ALOT OF MONEY U KNOW!), i get to know how poor people survive with that amount of salary, i get to know how people with children survive with little amount, etc. =D After that, i starting to applying 'hidup berjimat cermat'. =D. Dont get angry if i dont belanja u guys! haha
~Among the important concepts -> *Be a good worker, people will like you. *Follow the procedure to avoid system breakdown. *Never think negative about people, it is not good. *Stress 24/7 is a disease. *Be grateful if you get a chance to work with people. *Working environment is far more important than salary. *Avoid doing something that make people angry. *and never forget Allah.
Do you recommend others to work with MPH?
no comment. hahaha! well, basic procedure, before working with someone, do some homework on the company (know their bussiness, their vision and mission, etc). if you like it, go ahead! dont like it, then go find someone else

trip to Kota Bahru
Post ini lebih menceritkan tentang pengalaman.
Pengenalan
Nama saya Akmal Hisham. Saya memang minat motorsikal. Minat motorsikal semenjak mak saya belikan saya motorsikal untuk kegunaan harian. =D. Semenjak itu, saya suka 'jalan - jalan', atau dalam erti lain 'traveling'. Jalan - jalan ke Shah Alam. Jalan - jalan ke Subang Jaya. Jalan - jalan ke Puchong. kemudian makin jauh, makin jauh, makin jauh saya pergi dan kemungkinan besar makin 'amat sangat' jauh! pada masa yang akan datang =D
Baru - baru ini, pada bulan Ramadhan. Saya beercadang untuk pusing satu Malaysia. Malangnya hasrat ini tidak dapat dicapai disebabkan perkara-perkara yang tidak dapat dielakkan. Apa - apa pun, akan saya pusing satu Malaysia pada cuti semester 1 (2011/2012) jikalau tiada halangan. InsyaAllah.
Walaubagaimanapun, saya tetap teruskan perjuangan (untuk travel jauh jauh) dan dapat melakukan 'trip to Kota Bahru' dari Shah Alam. Ingat ya! dengan motorsikal dan secara solo. =D. bukan kereta. dan bukan secara konvoi. Saya tak suka ramai - ramai. Leceh nanti time traveling. tapi risiko tinggi since tiada teman. Saya juga tak suma bawa kereta. Sebab besar sangat kenderaan tu dan banyak benda kena tengok apabila memandu.

Analysis
Saya bertolak ke Kota Bahru melalui Terengganu.
Mengapa pilih jalan jauh? Sebab saya tidak pernah buat lagi 300km lebih dan tidak tahu apa akan jadi pada motor saya jikalau bawa 300km lebih. 'To play safe side' saya pakai HIGHWAY Pantai Timur, incase my motorcycle posses any problem, i can ask help from highway people. Same goes to Terengganu. Lalu ikut Terengganu pakai jalan bandar (ada banyak traffic light). Kalau motor down, boleh terus ke kedai motor.
Apa kesimpulan yang anda dapat buat menunggang pada waktu malam? Seriously, it is dangerous. Pada waktu malam, operasi hantar barang berlaku, yakni lori - lori, bas, etc kebanyakkan beroperasi waktu begini. (ini andaian saya) sebab kalau mereka tolak pada waktu siang, bagi saya tidak berbaloi bagi mereka kerana jalan sesak, ada kereta yang perlahan dan agak banyak buang masa. Oleh itu, mereka beroperasi waktu malam. Dan saya dan motor saya kan kecik, dia orang bawa laju tu!!! Saya terpaksa berhenti tepi, kasi mereka overtake saya (nak elak risiko langgar dari belakang). Lampu kereta pun agak terang sangat menyebabkan saya terpaksa berhenti tepi untuk memberi mereka overtake saya. Oh yeah, dah tu malam, jalan pun ada yang takde lampu, jalan pun tak rata! Memang waktu malam saya kena bawa perlahan yakni Gear 4, RPM antara 4 - 5, Modenas GT128. Rasanya 90km/h kut. but it's fun though! =D. Langkah berhati - hati untuk menunggang pada waktu malam, antaranya, memakai baju pantulan cahaya, bawa perlahan, memberi kenderaan besar yang lain overtake kita, tahu jalan ke destinasi kita, pastikan lampu-lampu motrosikal dalam keadaan O.K.
Apa pendapat anda tentang highway Pantai Timur? Highway macam biasa, BORING. Jalan yang lurus (sirootul mustaqim), pemandangan yang sama jer dan tak mencabar. Kadang - kadang saya cakap sorang - sorang dan gelak sorang - sorang. Boring weyh. Nak dengar lagu mp3 bahaya pulak kan. Tapi stesen minyak dan telefon kecemasan memang ada lah setiap beberapa kilometer (tak tetap). So memang selamat bagi first time overlander. =D.
Apa pendapat anda tentang jalan - jalan di Terengganu. Saya pakai jalan yang berdekatan dengan pantai. Jalan dia OK LAH. not bad. Yang leceh sikit sebab ada banyak traffic light. Ada satu tempat tu, jalan lurus yang panjang dan asyik2x simpang empat. o_o. Tapi best sebab dapat behenti di tepi pantai dan menghayati suasana di pantai dan dapat mengambil gambar di pantai tersebut!
Apa pendapat anda tentang jalan - jalan di Kota Bahru. = I. Not good enough. Period.

BEST!! Kalau bawa motor dari Kota Bahru ke Shah Alam melalui Gua Musang (old school road), memang menyeronokkan! Mengapa? Sebab jalan dia bukan jalan yang lurus, yakni banyak corner dan corner maut! So, motor kita pun boleh tukar tukar gear berpandukan keadaan jalan! Selain itu, dapat melihat macam - macam environment! Environment kampung, bandar, ladang, sawah, kabus, bukit bukau, kilang, hutan. Pengenalan
Nama saya Akmal Hisham. Saya memang minat motorsikal. Minat motorsikal semenjak mak saya belikan saya motorsikal untuk kegunaan harian. =D. Semenjak itu, saya suka 'jalan - jalan', atau dalam erti lain 'traveling'. Jalan - jalan ke Shah Alam. Jalan - jalan ke Subang Jaya. Jalan - jalan ke Puchong. kemudian makin jauh, makin jauh, makin jauh saya pergi dan kemungkinan besar makin 'amat sangat' jauh! pada masa yang akan datang =D
Baru - baru ini, pada bulan Ramadhan. Saya beercadang untuk pusing satu Malaysia. Malangnya hasrat ini tidak dapat dicapai disebabkan perkara-perkara yang tidak dapat dielakkan. Apa - apa pun, akan saya pusing satu Malaysia pada cuti semester 1 (2011/2012) jikalau tiada halangan. InsyaAllah.
Walaubagaimanapun, saya tetap teruskan perjuangan (untuk travel jauh jauh) dan dapat melakukan 'trip to Kota Bahru' dari Shah Alam. Ingat ya! dengan motorsikal dan secara solo. =D. bukan kereta. dan bukan secara konvoi. Saya tak suka ramai - ramai. Leceh nanti time traveling. tapi risiko tinggi since tiada teman. Saya juga tak suma bawa kereta. Sebab besar sangat kenderaan tu dan banyak benda kena tengok apabila memandu.

Analysis
Saya bertolak ke Kota Bahru melalui Terengganu.
Mengapa pilih jalan jauh? Sebab saya tidak pernah buat lagi 300km lebih dan tidak tahu apa akan jadi pada motor saya jikalau bawa 300km lebih. 'To play safe side' saya pakai HIGHWAY Pantai Timur, incase my motorcycle posses any problem, i can ask help from highway people. Same goes to Terengganu. Lalu ikut Terengganu pakai jalan bandar (ada banyak traffic light). Kalau motor down, boleh terus ke kedai motor.
Apa kesimpulan yang anda dapat buat menunggang pada waktu malam? Seriously, it is dangerous. Pada waktu malam, operasi hantar barang berlaku, yakni lori - lori, bas, etc kebanyakkan beroperasi waktu begini. (ini andaian saya) sebab kalau mereka tolak pada waktu siang, bagi saya tidak berbaloi bagi mereka kerana jalan sesak, ada kereta yang perlahan dan agak banyak buang masa. Oleh itu, mereka beroperasi waktu malam. Dan saya dan motor saya kan kecik, dia orang bawa laju tu!!! Saya terpaksa berhenti tepi, kasi mereka overtake saya (nak elak risiko langgar dari belakang). Lampu kereta pun agak terang sangat menyebabkan saya terpaksa berhenti tepi untuk memberi mereka overtake saya. Oh yeah, dah tu malam, jalan pun ada yang takde lampu, jalan pun tak rata! Memang waktu malam saya kena bawa perlahan yakni Gear 4, RPM antara 4 - 5, Modenas GT128. Rasanya 90km/h kut. but it's fun though! =D. Langkah berhati - hati untuk menunggang pada waktu malam, antaranya, memakai baju pantulan cahaya, bawa perlahan, memberi kenderaan besar yang lain overtake kita, tahu jalan ke destinasi kita, pastikan lampu-lampu motrosikal dalam keadaan O.K.
Apa pendapat anda tentang highway Pantai Timur? Highway macam biasa, BORING. Jalan yang lurus (sirootul mustaqim), pemandangan yang sama jer dan tak mencabar. Kadang - kadang saya cakap sorang - sorang dan gelak sorang - sorang. Boring weyh. Nak dengar lagu mp3 bahaya pulak kan. Tapi stesen minyak dan telefon kecemasan memang ada lah setiap beberapa kilometer (tak tetap). So memang selamat bagi first time overlander. =D.
Apa pendapat anda tentang jalan - jalan di Terengganu. Saya pakai jalan yang berdekatan dengan pantai. Jalan dia OK LAH. not bad. Yang leceh sikit sebab ada banyak traffic light. Ada satu tempat tu, jalan lurus yang panjang dan asyik2x simpang empat. o_o. Tapi best sebab dapat behenti di tepi pantai dan menghayati suasana di pantai dan dapat mengambil gambar di pantai tersebut!
Apa pendapat anda tentang jalan - jalan di Kota Bahru. = I. Not good enough. Period.

BEST!! Kalau bawa motor dari Kota Bahru ke Shah Alam melalui Gua Musang (old school road), memang menyeronokkan! Mengapa? Sebab jalan dia bukan jalan yang lurus, yakni banyak corner dan corner maut! So, motor kita pun boleh tukar tukar gear berpandukan keadaan jalan! Selain itu, dapat melihat macam - macam environment! Environment kampung, bandar, ladang, sawah, kabus, bukit bukau, kilang, hutan. Should we neglect them?
Peace be upon you, dear reader!
This post is focus more on knowing their thinking.

(in this post, this is my opinion, provide that i have little knowledge on truth about life)
Problematic People.
People who cause problem.
Problem to us, others, society, and the world.
Problem that disturb our life (in correct way)
These people exist maybe due to:
-lack of love
I met many problematic people change themselves once they receiving love from others. You see it in some movies where the person X (which commit a lot of sins) change himself after falling in love with the person Y. (i dont think this is a good example. =p), other example, children behave really good after their parents get together again. I feel very pity toward people who have lost their parent(s) or their parents were separated. Furthermore, you can see where the worker A feel very happy after his co-worker starting to give attention to him/her, same goes to the boss.
When people lack of love in their life. They will feel NEGLECTED. Either be neglected by family, neighborhood or society. When they feel neglected, they have two choices, either to choose 'accept and move on' or 'bad path', bad path which make them think to become a robbery, psychopath, drug dealer, killer and more you can think of.
So, who to blame? Blame them as they choose the wrong path? or blame us as we made him choose wrong path? ~FOOD FOR THOUGHT~
-other party misuse them
I pretty sure you guys familiar with this. 'MEMPERGUNAKAN ORANG'. This normally done by the smart people (or professional or educated) in order to achieve something worth for. These smart people willing to do anything even involving other people's life! To them, 'ada aku kisah?' (Do you think i care?) I don't want to elaborate more on this. but i want you guys to think about it and also try to familiar with these words : bait, puppet, mind controller, media controller, psychology. (maybe i will write about this in future post)
-for the devil
i am pretty sure that, there are people who willing to commit something bad for the devil. I have no idea why. Maybe they are so obsess with their own little world. Or their uphold the wrong beliefs. Maybe they believe by doing this for the the devil, they will live in peace in world and also in afterlife. Maybe they posses the wrong knowledge or misconception of life?

Wait, wait, wait. So, i was thinking. What will happen if the world is so peace. So peace until there is no one who commit wrong actions, no one who can cause chaos, no one who will put spice in this life? Is it better to live that way?
Sometimes, these problematic people make our life better in some other ways. For example, in the movie Batman, Bruce's father, Thomas Wayne had been shot by a bad guy. This event made Bruce so powerful until he watches over the Gotham City. You can see that kind of event in Spiderman, Harry Potter, etc (Oh yeah, why these movie show in common??? killing people make us stronger? Haha) (Normally, when people had been through miserable in their life, they will gain something, ~no pain, no gain.)
But do you think our world will reach 0% criminal rate? I don't think so. We can only make it less and prevent something bad that might happen in future. So each city in each country in each state in each region could possible posses this unwanted event. So, it is our responsibility (as a parent, guardian, teacher, police, etc) to make is less problem. As a parent, teach our child the important values in life, teach them manners, provide them knowledge on surviving, be a role model to them. As a teacher, provide them with useful knowledge, not the knowledge that can cause them to be racist, hatred one another, selfish. As a police officer, treat people with honest, fair and in good manner. Not corruption, not using people, not misuse the power of the authority.
If you have more time, make a research on "Kronologi Hari Kiamat" (in Islam perspective), because i heard that one of the stages of the Judgment Day is 'Peaceful Moment'. Moment where the world is so peace! I just heard only, but i haven't read about it yet.

So, as for the conclusion, we should not neglect them. If they seek for forgiveness and truth, forgive them and guide them! (guide based on The Quran and Sunnah) They need love, they need attention, they need something valuable in their life or something that can close their defect in their life, they need proper knowledge.
And remember, it is better to shape them when their age is still young. A time where they seeking for something. A time where they start to behave like other people. A time where they are lack of knowledge about life.
